I nearly died about 8 years ago from my life-long chronic asthma, pneumonia and being 70 pounds overweight. I also suffered from a degenerative back disease. This was putting about 700 pounds of pressure on my back and leaving me in constant, extreme pain. The doctor told me I had to take the weight off if I wanted to stay alive.

I tried everything starting with Nutri-systems. It cost me over $2,000.I lost 60 pounds and immediately gained back 80 pounds - bad investment $2000 to gain 20 pounds. The food did not provide the proper nutrition and as soon as I stopped eating their food I gained it all back. Not only that, the food tasted like cardboard. I am 62 years old, my asthma is almost non-existent, I no longer suffer from allergies, have lots of ENERGY...and I FEEL GREAT!
