years ago, there was a funny character on The Dick Van Dyke Show.
He recited a little poem about feet, which went something like
this:
You need feet to walk about on.
You need feet to kick your friends.
You need feet to keep your socks on,
And to keep your legs from fraying on the ends.
Properly Fitting Shoes Are Important to Health
The simple process of buying properly fitting shoes can pay
huge health and comfort dividends. The wrong shoes can cause
or aggravate foot problems such as heel spurs, corns, hammer
toe, bunions and ingrown toenails. The right shoes can prevent
or reduce serious pain and expensive treatments.
Although some people buy uncomfortable shoes thinking they will
stretch to fit, they're simply investing in misery.
Their shoes won't stretch in length and they're stuck with the
dilemma of replacing the shoes or continuing to endure the pain.
Although the search for the right shoe may take awhile, the time
spent is well worth it. Here are some suggestions on fitting
